Hotel Des Pays Bas was an amazing place to stay in Lourdes. We loved the friendly and kind staff who were always accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spacious. The hotel facilities were great, and we had no issues with parking or transportation. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. our stay here was fantastic!

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered two options for breakfast and their location was close to the train station which made it easy for us to travel around. the beds were also comfortable and had clean sheets which was a plus.
Our overall experience was not great. the rooms felt outdated and were not very well maintained.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with key attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation.
The lack of air conditioning was a major drawback, especially during the hot summer months. Keeping the window open led to disturbances from noisy people outside, causing inconvenience and disturbances during the night.
